I- Cancellation Policies
A- In case of cancellation of packages with home stay and activities:
1. If you have already made a reservation and you do not appear on the date agreed to your classes and booked home-stay, the administrative expenses will be covered with 25% of the amount paid for registration and reservation.
2. Apply for your classes the policies of point II.
Observación: The Matagalpa Spanish School as a policy is compromised with the homestays oneers and with our teachers to pay their work of preparation of classes even though the class was not given. The 60% charged goes to the teacher and administration expenses.
B- In case of non-attendance to your classes:
1. Has the option to reschedule or cancel the classes with notice in advance without any charge, only if the notice is done during the working hours of the EEM that ends at 6.00 pm of the day before of the programmed class.
2. With no previous notice of non-attendance, the student will have top ay 60% of the total amount for the programmed classes of that day.
3. Classes can be rescheduled. If is not possible to reschedule, the 40% remainder can be given back if it was paid before.
4. In case the student wouldn’t have paid before, 60% of the programmed classes has to be paid.

II-Economic Policy of our company
a- Teachers earn 30% of total revenues
b- 20% of our profits are directed to the political work of our base: labor rights of women and combating discrimination against gays and lesbians. In our Facebook, you can see the actions taken
c- 20% of our revenue is intended to develop our human resources.
d- 10% of the profits is for recreation.
